Am I responsible to supply carseats and diapers to kid's father for visitation?  The kids live in South Dakta and have visitation with their father in Iowa and we have to meet halfway.  Father states that I need to furnish him with car seats and diapers.  Can not locate any information regarding my responibility of guardianship.  I am the grandmother with legal guardianship.

We have guardianship of children and those who have court ordered visitation are required to provide everything the children need (clothes, carseats, diapers, etc.). In our case it is in the visitation agreement.. If they can not provide what the child needs then they are not capable of caring for the child(ren) and visitation should be supervised only.
