This is a "support" group for thos of us with Tourette Syndrome in our lives. Some of us have young chilren, some have older children, some have grandchildren even.
TS most often doesn't just come with the tics alone either. Most of our children have comorbid disorders and dealing with those alone can be exhausting, frustrating and even overwhelming.
So, lets all help each other and offer support and encouragement to Parents, Kids & Educators!

Group Guidelines/Participation Tips
I have one main, important rule: IF YOU CAN'T SAY SOMETHING NICE.....DON'T!!! There will be NO bashing or crude remarks of any kind made here. You will only get one warning and if it happens again, I or an admin will boot you from the group!
I've yet to see anything like this happen here.
Secondary rules are as follows:
1. No business advertisements here as this is a support group not, a place to push your stuff. I believe they have groups for that. If it is in your signature, you will be granted SOME leeway, please don't take advantage of that.
2. Also, periodically I will check to see if you've participated in the last 6 months to a year. I will not employ those automatic checkers as I know we all have CRAZY lives and get busy. I am not immune from this. If you've not at least logged into the group, you will be removed. You can always come back at any time without question. I want this to be an active place for our mothers with TS and mothers with TS children.
3. For purposes of fundraising only, especially during TS awareness month, you may posts links to a blog, page, site, whatever that helps to not only raise awareness but, also funds for TSA, Team TSA, etc. Any other link will need to be run by either me or one my admins. I trust their judgement.
