I'm not sure of your color/style/budget, but I found some at bedbathandbeyond.com, amazon.com, overstock.com, and factorybargaindrapes.com .  You might want to google 94" drapes or 95" drapes to find more.

Have you thought of making your own???  If you can find fabric on sale, it might be worth it.

Depending on your style, IKEA may be a good choice, i believe all of their curtains are 100+ inches and you just iron hem them with the included fuse tape. They have rod pocket, tab top and hidden tab top panels. I worked at bed bath and beyond for 8 years, and although their window treatments are great quality, you'll have to special order the 95" panels as most stores do not stock them. Also pricey unless you have the mail coupons..which never expire btw. Good lick :)

I've found them at Anna's Linens. If you don't have one close try annaslinens.com. They had a great selection.

West Elm has 96" window panels.  The regular prices are reasonable and the sale prices are great.  They are one store that actually marks them down enough to make you feel like you got a great deal.  Good deals online, but check the West Elm stores often - I've found better deals there.

have you considered burlap? Its a great neutral color, cheap, easy to work with, adds character and can be made into a very classy look....think pottery barn.
