We have been working on making our attic into a usable space. This project has been going on for about 2 years, we removed duct work and rerouted it, added insulation, replaced windows, and finished everything from the ceiling down. We still have a long way to go. But it is usable now!

I wish I had that type of attic where we can make another floor but ours is the typical crawl space where you can only walk on beams.. Looks good BTW!!
