This is to help you see the blades that are suppose to spin. I could spray it with WD-40 or vegetable oil all day it won't move.

I have some mechanical skills it is done the blades won't move at all. It is a small pump so I am hoping it will be under $300 to replace it.

I just thought it was interesting to learn if the tubes are both on top of the machine it is a reciprocal.

This sprinkler pump has a tube feeding water in through the center to the spin blades and out through the top making it a centrifugal pump.

Did you find out which one this is? Did you have to replace it?

Yes. It is a centrifugal due to the pipe that feeds water in the center and exits out the top.

The blade on this one won't move making it no longer usable. So yes it needed to be replaced.
