I have a 3 month old and without having to read all of the articles can a few people tell me if it is okay to smoke like maybe 1-2 times a week? Thanks in advance..

After doing the research, I would say yes.  But that is MY opionion, based on the research that I have done.  I would suggest that each mother does the same; if you are content that the facts make you comfortable with doing so, then yes.  If you have doubts about it, there's no sense in stressing yourself out over it.

The truth can set you free...and that's why I suggest that you find out for yourself if that's the choice you want to make.  And we have the information listed here just for that purpose...even if it means wading through some of the material.  It beats trying to wade through "google".  :)

Personally...I nursed all seven of mine while partaking, with no ill effects suffered by my kids (who are all grown up now, some with babies of their own) OR by me.... :)
