Implanon

I am considering getting Implanon(I also thought about an IUD but I have heavy periods and it would end up falling out.) I just want to know how you liked it and how bad the side effects were(irregular bleeding mainly.) Thanks so much!

i got mine in january and am having a very light period right now. i do have some wild mood swings every now and again and have wanted to eat more but thats about it

 I have major mood swings too. My periods were never regular so it doesn't bother me for them not to be now. There are lighter a little heavier at times. I really like it though. I had a friend on the IUD. She had it taken out because she started spotting when she shouldn't have. I have never wanted to use those haven't heard anything about them.

I had such bad mood swings I had to go on Prozac, and my periods last like 12 to 14 days at a time... I just had mine taken out on Monday so lets see what happens...

same here, bad mood swing and when i did get my periode i was on it for a long time
