Hello there everyone, just wanted to share, we loved them!

2 cups flour

2 cups white sugar

3/4 cup cocoa powder

1 tsp baking powder

1 tsp salt

1 cup water

1 cup vegetable oil

1 tsp vanilla

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Stir together the dry ingredients.  Pour in the wet, mix until well blended.

Spread evenly in a 9 x 13 baking pan

Bake for 30 minutes or until the top is no longer shiny.  Let cool for at least 10 minutes before cutting.

~Just a little side note, next time I'm going to try only putting half of the vegetable oil and adding half a cup of applesauce instead.  I also baked mine for 30 minutes, but think I should have left them in longer, they were falling apart, but still delicious!!!
