Our little house in Olde Towne is still available. Lance is finishing the painting (we had left some work undone to possibly negotiate with the new tenants). The new range is already there. Measurement will be done for new kitchen linoleum tomorrow. The new carpet will go in after the painting is complete. This is the ad as it will run in the local papers beginning next week:
