This is a Drama-Free zone for those who believe that Birth is safest and best when left unhindered. We believe that Birth is a normal, physiological process that doesn't need any outside interference. If you apply to this group, you are agreeing that you either have had an out of hospital birth, or are pregnant and planning one. Also welcome are those who are genuinely interested in learning more about home birth or unassisted birth for future family planning. You are also agreeing that you support Home Birth and Unassisted Birth. This is a group that will be a safe-haven for those of us who have chosen this, to get a break from the mainstream fears surrounding childbirth. This group is also a safe haven for those who have suffered any degree of birth trauma as a result of unnecessary intervention, in or out of the home. There is zero tolerance for those who support or promote intervention in birth, barring true medical emergencies.

We want this to be a group where we can ban together, support one another in the sisterhood of giving birth unhindered.
