Anyone familiar with selling the fundraiser entertainment books? I have a question.

My son went into our neighborhood and sold 10 books! I know your only supposed to sell to friends and family, but he's quite the seller tycoon and was out the door before I could instruct him on what to do and say. Anyway, he was the top seller in his school, but now that most of the books have been delivered, 2 of the customers weren't aware that they were ordering a neighboring cities book, which was $5 cheaper. They want our cities book and I can't blame them.

My question is, Can these be exchanged? Do I go through the school or the entertainment website? This is our first time selling these and I have no idea how to handle this predicament.

Contact the rep for your area. The person at your school in charge of the fundraiser should be able to put you in touch with them.

I would contact the school and see if they can find out what you would need to do.  Typically if someone changes their mind about an order, you can return it or exchange it.  I have been fundraising coordinator more times than I care to remember and this is how we always did it.  Good luck!

We're actually not in either city. lol One city is 20 mins away and the other is 30. Not much difference, but I guess if you work in one or the other it might make a difference.
