I am new to this group.  I have a son who is 8 years old with hypotonia, at least that is the last diagnosis I received for him.  I'd like to chat with someone to see if they are going through the same issues I am and how they coped with it all.

Hello everyone, my name is Anita, I am 27 years old and I live in atlanta, GA.  I have two boys 6 and 5, whom I love to death, they are my world.  They are both active in sports at their school.  They are in 1st grade and kindergarten.  My first grader was crowned Mr. First Grade of his school,  I am very proud of him.  My kindergartener has been tested for the gifted and talented program, now I am just waiting on the results, but I think he will get in, he's very smart.  I currently work full time and go to school.  I am also a Passion Parties Consultant.  So as you can see I have a busy life but no real social life.  I look forward with connecting and hopefully meeting moms in my area.

My name is Angel. I have 2 boys, Jason my second grader and Michael's in Preeschool. I'm married to my high school sweetheart. I'm attending college again but still not sure "what I want to be when I grow up!" I live on a farm in Minnesota. We are into organic and natural living. We are an outdoor family not into sitting indoors for too long. I'm a bookworm, I love reading. I enjoy photography it is my favorite pastime. I my name is Shelia and I have a 2nd grade son.  We live in GA and are struggling to get some support to help my son.  I am hopful that I can find some families going through similar issues who can keep us encouraged and not feeling so alone.  I have already read several post that have been most helpful in that area!  I look forward to being here.

Hello Moms!  I'm a stay at home Mom of 3 with a workaholic husband.  My children are 13 (ds), 10 (ds) and 6 (dd).  Between entering teenland and handling his ADHD, taking care of both parents in my home and dealing with my dd diva behavior, I have my hands full.  My 10 year old is a peach, helpful and easy.  I worry he doesn't get the same attention as the "squeaky wheels" but he says he never feels slighted.  I try to spend some one on one time with each child on a regular basis.  We've had a few rough years with deaths and illnesses and  I'm now trying to get out from under the dark cloud.  It's tough!  I suddenly realize I spend all my time taking care of everyone else that I don't have time for myself.  But, I'm working on it!
