They have them every other day and it is the Flinstones vitamin.

Daily...Flinstones Vitamins...the only one they both agree on taking

Daily, multi-vit., gummybear kind.

Daily: a multi made by Rainbow Light; a refrigerated pro-biotic made by Whole Foods.

3 weeks on, 1 week off: echinacea

Daily chewable Multi by Melaleuca, and a daily chewable pro-biotic by Nature's Way (refrigerated).  Have to admit though, that some days are missed with normal day-to-day craziness, but I figure what they're getting is better than nothing.  :)    We've really only had one head/chest cold hit husband (who doesn't take vitamins) and my youngest, who recovered even sooner than his dad, who was the original sicky that brought it home.
