Educational websites for Elementary school kids

Alot of moms come here looking for websites to help their children with their school work.  I thought that it would be nice to have a central location for all of us to refer to instead of looking through alot of threads.  If you have any websites that you often use, please post them here.

My daughter is 6 yrs old and in kindergarten. She is having a hard time with her sight words and beginning sounds. Can anyone suggest a good reading program, example hooked on phonics, that has been tried and proven to have great results?
