So what are you having for dinner? I need to be inspired for shopping later tonight and for lunch/dinner for this week.

I am usually really good about meal planning. Lately I have been slacking; our grocery bills are up, my stress is up. This needs to change!!

Finally, I sat down and planned out dinners for next week:

  • Sunday - pizza on the grill
  • Monday - Pot pie and salad (assembled and frozen over the weekend
  • Tuesday - stir-fry
  • wednesday - Southwest Falafel
  • Thursday - lentil tacos
  • Friday - last day of school, dinner out (we have a Groupon for our favorite neighborhood restaurant)
  • Saturday - either fondue or kabobs on the grill

Let me know if you would like me to post any recipes!
