Are there certain meals that you only cook in the summer? Winter? Spring? Fall?

Not really but I tend to cook gumbo and chili more in the winter. Same with baked potato soup.

Spring/Summer is pasta salad and cheeseburgers.

Winter/Fall? Soups and chilis

The crockpot gets used a lot more in the coller months, and dh grills more in the warmer weather.

Summer - corn on the cob.  Can't do it in winter as I won't buy that frozen stuff. YUCK!

I usually cook lighter meals in the summer, more grilled stuff, and more salads and cold sides.  In the winter I cook those big, heavy traditional meals like meatloaf, pot roast, beef stew, stuffed pork chops, etc.  Everything is hot and filling and warms you up.

My DH does the cooking since my back injury.  He usually does TV dinners.

Nope.. Business as usual all year round for me. I do, however, limit Baking in July and August.
