I was doing laundry and noticed my 7 year old's panties had quite a bit of dried vaginal discharge. It's not colored or anything, looks clear. She hasn't had any complaints about it and she's the type that would tell me. Is this normal? Does this mean she's gonna start her period soon?

That seems kinda early to me. Could you ask her about it? Maybe you could take her to the dr?

I know that after you start your period, clear discharges are normal but I think I would at least talk to the ped about it happening to a 7 year old.

She has Dr appt for yearly well check Feb 10...too late you think?
No I don't think that's too late. I haven't heard of this being a big reason for concern to bring her in asap

Yea we went Friday. She had a UTI. Anti biotics cleared it up. Good Luck!
