Homemade perogies at every Holiday, homemade nut, poppy seed, and apricot rolls. I'm sure there is a ton more, but  haven't had my coffee yet.

Home made tortillas from my paternal great grandma. Tons of stuff from maternal grandma: german potato salad, christmas bread, venison ragout, schnitzel, lots more (she's from Germany, obviously!)

I spend a lot of time in the kitchen with my grandma (maternal). Everytime I cook tortillas, or chicarrones, or blue cornmeal, I feel like my great grandma is there with me. She died 7 years ago, at age 94. She was up at 4 am every morning until the day she died, making tortillas and drinking her coffee. I make tortillas a lot, just to feel her in my kitchen :)

I have a few recipes that came with my great-great grandma on the boat from Belgium. We make at least one of the recipes for every holiday and the dinner rolls are made for every big family dinner.
