What is the best quality you've inherited from either of your parents?
"diversity" for lack of a better term.
My mom introduced us to all kinds of people, foods, music, arts and experiences as kids. I never realized how diverse they were until I was a young adult surrounded by peers who did not have similar knowledge.
I don't know, I never met my father. And I am having a hard time picking the good in me I got from mom. I know I have her temper.
Nothing from either of my Parents really.
But from my Grandmother---everything! Honesty especially, no matter how brutal.
I would have to go with the fact that I look younger than what I'm really am. My mother is Korean and we all know how Asians age! People are really surprised when I tell them that I'm 37 and have 4 kids. Their first thought when I say I have a 16 year old is that I had him when I was in high school.
Mom of four
I got my attention to detail from my mom. I am super organized and clean like a maniac. I didn't really get anything from my father.
I have my dad's personality and look just like my mom. It is kinda neat to have so myuch of both of them in me. I most appreciate having my dad's leadership ability, it has served me well thus far.
A good, and wacky, sense of humor- I get it from both Mom and Dad : )
