How much sleep do you need to function? Has it changed with age?
I need about 8 but can function on 5-6. It has changed. I used to be able to need about 5 and function on 3-4.
To be able to just barely function, 2 hrs, but I'll be needing a nap. To get through the day w/o a nap, 4 hrs. To fully be myself, 7-9 hrs, depending on how much sleep I've gotten the previous mights.
5 to function. It hasn't changed much for me.
No less than 8 hours. I have developed insomnia so I don't get as much sleep anymore.
