whats your kidwatching on tv?

Kine is a 6 yr old. Just curios to see what other first graders are watching on tv. Do you allow a certain amount of time? Or only certain shows to be watched?

We do not watch much tv when the kids are awake. They do wartch amazing race and survivor sometimes with me and cupcake wars. Beyond that they like scooby doo. Bakugan, spiderman and puppy in my pocket!... They will watch just about anything.

My kids love shows on Nick or Disney.  Spongebob Square Pants, Fairly Odd Parents, and Fineas and Ferb are my kid's favorite shows to watch right now.  My kids are also starting to like some of the old 80s cartoons that my hubby and I used to watch as kids.  DD likes JEM, and She-Ra.  DS Loves Transformers and Voltron. They stream episodes of these shows on Netflix.  My kids also love to stream episodes of  Avitar: The Last Air Bender (the nick animated series). I like this show too.

My 4 girls are aged 8, 6, 3, and 1 (3rd grade, 1st grade, preschool, and nursery school.) 2 hours a day for watching TV is the limit in our house. Anything above PG requires a password, which only dh and I know. The kids can watch Disney Junior, PBS Kids, Sprout, Nick Junior, Qubo, and a few other channels. Once I set it to a channel, I put the remote on a high ledge so that no one can change it until I come back down and change it.

I let my kids watch anything that does not have, porn or profanity. We are very open in our home, but I also teach my children from right and wrong. That's why I trust them to watch what they want. My kids always ask me if they can watch something they believe they are not sure about.

My sons love spongebob squarepants and mickey mouse clubhouse. They love tom and jerry.

i dont think the channel has been changed from disney in months lol my older ones (10 7 and 6) dont get much tv time but my 18mo because the livingroom is his play room gets really mad if you change the channel. even if he isnt actually watching it.

im so glad im not the only one. i used to watch shows like house and stuff..... now i know all about phineas and ferb and all the disney shows more than i do about adult shows lol

DD is 5 and a soon to be kindergartner . She watches Disney Junior, Nick Jr, PBS Kids, and Sprout.

My kids are 6 and 4.  The TV is almost always on Disney Jr, Sprout or Nick Jr.
