I shop at Aldi's for most of my groceries. We rarely eat out and I look for clearance sales for clothing. I use coupons whenever possible.

I think everything I do is already listed, I'll keep thinking though!
Most of what i do is already listed, but sometimes it helps to look at items as function instead of what they are advertised for. We were looking into toy boxes for the girls and I was shocked at how expensive they are, so instead I went to Target when they had the end of season clearence on totes and bought those instead. Not exactly what they are advertised for, but it works.
Also, don't confuse price with value. When my husband and I make a big purchase we view it as an investment, sometimes this means putting more out in the beginning but it lasts twice as long if not longer, and keeps us from having to replace it with another cheap item in a year or so.
homeschool over private school, buy used when we can, no car payments, working on being more self-sufficient when it comes to food.
