Does your kid(s) eat school lunch or do you pack lunch from home?

Mostly I will pack my sons lunch. There are occasions when he wants me to let him buy lunch at school, so I always make sure to have money in a lunch account for those times.

School lunch.  Our county uses locally grown fruits and vegetables in and with the foods they make.  They also cook it in a healthier way.  If they make fries, they're baked.  Things like that.  We also have vegan and kosher options for all of the kids.

For the most part, they take cold lunch. My 6 year old eats pizza on Thursday's and my 9 year old eats when they have cinnamon french toast sticks.

They take their lunch to school. My 5 year old goes to a private school and they have to bring their lunch(she would anyway) and my 17 year old doesn't care for the school's lunch and I don't blame him.
