If so what kind? How much does it cost you? How much are costumes? My dd brought home a registration form today. It is $26 per month per class. They offer jazz, tap, ballet, hip hop, pom pon and cheer/tumble.

Our Daughter will be starting up Gymnastics soon. She'd talked about Ballet for a while, but changed her mind. I think she's better suited for Gymnastics anyway. She'll be going to the same place that I went when I was a Kid. It's only $60 a month.

My dd does ballet at her preschool. It's 58 a month but that included a dance bag and costume for their recital. We just had to supply shoes, special tights and leos.

My DD took it for 6 years, average cost per year was $200 from Sept to May, the costumes were about $65 dollars a piece, and depending on how many sets she was in, that could mean buying up to 3-4 costumes...especially as she got older. Along with all the shoes and leotards etc. She took ballet, tap, jazz, and acrobatics

DD is in ballet now its $40 a month 45min class ever week and they have 2 shows a year and its $100 for her dress for both shows, $35 for shoes. $8 a ticket for each show.

Next fall she will be in ballet and tap. $45 a month for 1 hour class each week. Not sure what everything else will cost but I know it only goes up from here.

We for two free recitals tickets than had to pay for additionals. Plus there was headshot and costume pics.

This is DD's 3rd year. First she took pre-ballet, then tap and now she's finishing up jazz. She's already signed up for hip hop starting in the fall. I paid $425 for the year (Sep - May, recital is June 9th), her costume was $65 and then I had to pay for recital tickets (some places here don't charge, ours does).

We only have 1 child. She is also in karate which work well for both along with her swim team! Your girls will love dance!

My youngest ds was in dance for a few months.  It was $40 a month, classes once a week.  I paid $30 for his costume (which sucked btw, it was a vest and pants, the vest kept falling off while he was dancing).  He did hip hop, so we didn't pay extra for shoes.  He did have to wear red shorts and a black shirt for practice, girls had to wear black leotards and red shorts.
