I got home and there was a sweet lady who left a detailed message on my home machine about getting a Pedicure for her daughter and on and on.... Then she left her phone number. She called the wrong number.

Yep. Let her know as a courtesy that she called the wrong number so she can call the right one.

I would call her to let her know she had the wrong number. That is the right thing to do.
