I like non but my son has to wear uniform i hate it .
Non! Its easier
My son hates tucking in his shirt because it comes out and he gets in trouble .
Quoting Lorelai_Nicole:No uniforms here, which is what I prefer. For a few reasons.
A friend of mine has kids in a uniform school. She has to buy two separate sets of clothes for them, because they can't wear their uniforms at their afterschool program (too easy to get dirty/ruin).
Also--this is my biggest reason--what about the fat kids? I know it sounds harsh to be blunt like that, but I was fat as a kid. Trying to find clothes that fit was hard enough; trying to find UNIFORMS that fit would be a nightmare. Plus, many schools requiring uniforms also require shirts to be tucked in--I think I would've begged to be homeschooled if I had to tuck in my shirt at school. I don't see the point in making kids who already feel bad about themselves, feel worse.
That'd just how I see it...I'm sure many will disagree with me.
Quoting Cherish77:Non, uniforms don't stop bullying. That's the only reason I think schools do uniforms. It's stupid IMO.
I prefer school uniforms.
