the post was a list of what to start doing now before the kid goes to school. one of the things was put them to bed earlier little by little each day... if they were going to bed at 11pm one night and went to bed early the next night for school type of post.... I don't know who it's by... I thought it was in this group but I can't find it :( just want to read it again.. thanks.
