It's National Farmers Market Week....

Does your city have a Farmers Market? If so, do you know when it is? Do you shop there?

There are two farmers markets that are close to us. I never seem to make it in to either when they are open. We do have fruit stands that I go to for local fruits and veggies.

Yes, of course we have a farmer's market.  Ours is on Sunday afternoons and it is a lot of fun.  They have face painting, stories, crafts, and games to keep the kids occupied.  Our PTA has a booth that we sell bottles of water and homemade treats.

I live in a small rural farm town, so there are a lot of them in my area.

Yep, we have one...Every Thursday 2~6 (or is it 7?) Lol....

I've been a few times.prices are decent compared to the store but no great deal either.

We do- Sat. mornings, I think. I personally have never been to it, but dh stopped by it once.

Yes, our town has one.  It's on Saturdays.  I don't go but I want to.  It was a lot easier when it was in the parking lot across the street but now they moved it.

I know a few dates, times, and locations. There is a long list, and so I don't know them all offhand. Pretty much everyday during the summer has a Farmers Market within driving distance. Several happen during the week within walking distance of my work.

Ours is every saturday from 8-12, and wednesday evenings (smaller) from 5-8. I love to go to the farmers market. Lately though I mostly jsut buy Bountiful Baskets because its easier :)

the next town over has one, i have $20 in free viuchers and plan to go next week when i have to start taking ds2 to school over there!
