Sorry if I seem to be posting a lot of questions. This is all new to me.
For school lunches, what sorts of things should I pack? There are no restrictions or limitations from the school (like no peanuts or anything like that) and I was looking for idea on what to include.
We avoid anything with artificial dyes in them for various reasons so we tend to eat less processed things but I do buy the acceptable convenience foods every so often.
Part of me wants to pack a sandwich, fruit, yogurt, chips or crackers, a drink, and a treat, BUT that is way more than she ever eats for lunch on a regular day ever lol. She rarely eats more than just the sandwich but I feel like that seems skimpy for school.
Do you think I should pack a few extra things like a yogurt and some fruit? Do kids eat more or less at school? I'm sure it depends on the kid, but tell me your experience :)
