Seems like when School starts the schedule gets harder. Trying to get activites, homework in and family time plus kids to bed at a decent time is even harder....
I usually try to have some things in mind especially for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday Supper that are quick to fix.
Here are some ideas that I do-
Like on Sunday or Monday I will grill out enough Chicken Breast for 4 nights of supper.... Freeze a Few of the nights and take our that morning or the night before- we may have a Menu like this as an example:
Monday: Grilled Chicken, Green Beans, Baked Potato
Tuesday: Grilled Chick Salad
Wednesday: Grilled Chick Sandwiches and Fries
Thursday: Chicken Alfredo
the following week I may do the same but with Ground Beef.... of course you dont HAVE to have a week of chicken or Ground Beef you can mix it up- just a thought...
I also do crock pot too
