my son is very picky and would like to be more like his friends and only have sweets, chips....junk food as his snack at school. He loves second grade but wants what everyone else has. Any suggestions are welcome and thanks!

I try to send things that do not have to refrigerated.
Fruit snacks
Fiber one bars
Baked chips
Animal crackers

I also like the gogurts or 100 calorie puddings.....good source of calcium and kid-approved (most of the time).  String cheese and trail mix are also my go-to snacks.

trail mix is a good idea!  Maybe the kind that has little chocolate chips in them just so he can have a little sweet? :)

I think those 100-calorie cookie packages are great.  Fruit is good too.

Thanks ladies, great ideas. I went to Kroger last night and took advantage of the buy 10 and save deals. I got lots of fiber one bars they have lots of flavors. Also fruit snacks made by motts and some made by ocean spray. And diffirent types of gold fish crackers from pretzle to whole grain, some colored and small. I will deffently mix in some of your ideas too ladies.
