I was just wondering if any of your schools charge you as well if your child makes a visit. Luckily, our insurance will pay any of the cost BUT I know some people don't have the same insurance. I think a basic "kid gets hurt and needs to be treated aka ice and such" is about $220. I just don't get it. When did we start charging for nurse visits in public school? My kids are on strick rules to NOT go if at all possible!

Wow, that's pure crazy, my daughter had some stomach problems last yr. & was in the nurses office a few times a week. If I would have been charged I'll probably had to sell my house with that kind of rate..
Do call the School District & just ask what's going on w/ the new changes?
