who does the home work with the kids in your house. my boyfriend does home work in the house. he is so much more patient then what i am with my own kid. then again imlike that with other peoples kids. so who does the home work with the kids in the house?
I handle most of it, but as ds1 gets older (he's 8th gr), I've had to hand the math over to dh on occasion.
i know it's bad to say but i have very little petience with my ds i expect to much i believe. but i also give up so much faster then mybf does and just tells my ds the answers. he helps him learn the answers blah blah so it's much nicer and then none of us get fristrated and the day goes smoothly

Oh, I do sometimes get frustrated w/ them, esp. when I know they can do it if they would just put in a little effort, but they don't want to. They know, however, that if they play around claiming they can't do it, they have less time to play afterward.

see i have it easy.....my bf works from home. so we both have the oppurtunity to do it. it's just easier for him. and the only thing i have him (my bf) do is work and that's bout it. now since ds has home work i ask my bf to work and help with home work.
