If you could pick any dinner to have tonight, what would it be?

Well I do that all the time, lol.

Tonight we are having pork chops, baked potatoes and steamed veggies. Since we didn't have it last week and I had planned on making them. Pork chops are in the fridge.

If I was picking a dinner to COOK, it'd be fajitas for my husband and I, burritos for the kids. Easy but tasty and they'd all eat the same tihng (to answer the inevitable, yes, I often do say "eat this or do without" and in those cases, the kids inevitably go without. It's much more pleasant when everyone is eating)

If I were picking a dinner to EAT, today it would be the amazing pastry-wrapped filet at the German restaurant nearby, with the crispy potatoes. Mmm! But no way could I cook it myself.

 I love crab cakes and very rarely do we have them because they are expensive to make! So I pick crab cakes, roasted red potatoes and asparagus

I've been craving salmon patties with mashed potatos, and mac'n'cheese. I'll probably be fixing chicken tenders with mashed potatos, and mac'n'cheese, since I don't have any salmon.

 Chicken n Gnocchi soup from olive garden, their bread sticks and a boat of Alfredo!! YUMMMMMMMMMMMM

We had a frozen lasagna last night and it made me miss my mom's lasagna, so I'm going to have to say that.
