My son uses a stress ball during stressful situations.

She is only in Pre-K, she's never had a test in school.

Not an issue yet since my oldest is only in K & hasn't had any tests yet.

I can't even remember how I dealt with it.

I don't make a big Deal o ut of Test, he is only in 1st Grade. I Learned to Not stress over test, And just go in with the attitude pass or fail just do your best. I pass more test that way. I am hoping to be able to teach my boys the same

Mine have never expressed any anxiety over any tests. They know that as long as they do their best, we're happy.

This will be the first yr for a reading test in 3rd gr that, if they do not pass it, they get held back. We'll find out if ds2 has any anxiety about it. . .

DD is 5 and last year in Pre-K she really didn't know what a test was lol. She knew she had a test and we went over the notes for it but she never talked about it.

i tell my daughter that all she can do is her best. She DOES get anxious pretty often, I tell her to breathe in thru her nose aned out thru her mouth......seems to help her calm down pretty well

I put other since I have 3 kids who are all different. My oldest lightly taps his wrist with his index finger from the opposite hand. He's on the autism spectrum and has an anxiety disorder and this was an adaptation of a stim he used to have of playing with his watch that his therapist got him to modify to use in stressful situations. My other two have never been nervous about tests that I know of.
