Is anybody familiar with the Magic Sing karaoke machines? They seem very expensive but I like how you can show the words on a large screen TV. Are there other brands that can do this? Magic Sing seems to be around $300.

I am not familiar with karaoke machines.
For awhile, I had Comcast cable, and they had a On Demand Karaoke. You might not need to buy a machine. I googled the information on this channel: http://www.thekaraokechannel.com/on-tv/video-on-demand.html

We have my system hooked up in the basement. We just use a standard TV but mine retails for about $900 since it is a professional one.
