DD is home sick today due to vomiting at 5am.  I didnt feel comfortable sending her to school at 9am.  Emailed her teacher to get any classwork she may miss.   The teacher said it would only be a math worksheet but she wasnt sure if the class would get to it since they had a speaker coming in today.  Wouldnt it be funny if dd was the only one who did the worksheet today and she was home sick?

Yup.  It never hurts to practice math skills at this age.  My guy was not able to get her a new library book though for the book a day homework so i think we will have to use one of the public library books that are here.

All her homework yesterday was done by 6pm.  Only took about an hour since we had to use a much longer book than usual for her reading journal.  The worksheet was done in 10 minutes.
