Mini pizzas. Buy the can of biscuits you can peel. Peel into thin slices (like 1/4") spread with sauce, cheese, and little pepperonis cut into quarters so they'll fit. Bake in the oven, 375, until melted.

Or bagel pizzas:

Get large bagels, halve them.
Pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce works just as well>
Shredded Cheese
Toppings

Microwave for like 15 seconds each....enough to melt the cheese :).

Tuna Noodle Cassarole

2 cans tuna
1can corn
1can peas
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 box pasta (any shape)

Cook pasta until done and drain.  Dump tuna, cream soups and vegetables into the pot......mix.  You will want to use a larger pot for this as it creates a lot of food (good for leftovers).  It sounds like brains (my DH says)
