How long do you keep leftovers? Do you ever freeze the extras for another day?

Hubs will eat them the next day usually. I freeze extra when I purposely make double.

Sometimes I freeze them, most of the time there aren't leftovers. When I make lasagna, I make double and freeze individ portions for quick after school snacks for the boys.

We usually keep them 2-3 days. I freeze some stuff, but most of the time, I eat the leftovers for lunch or we have "leftover meals" that we do.

It depends on the leftovers whether or not they are frozen. And if something is leftover it has until Thursday night to disappear outta the fridge or it finds itself in the trash. We usually have Toss it on the Table night on Thursday. Which is all the leftovers reheated, and something we lack added on the side(veggie, meat, etc.)

leftovers are lucky if they make it three days in this house, lol. we do freeze things if i make large quantities of something

We don't eat leftovers. I always make enough for the meal that we are eating. The only thing we have "leftovers" of is soup or chili, which is always better the next day.
