So the last 3 nights Dd 5, has been waking up at 2AM! She usually falls asleep between 8:30-9, with a wake up time of 6:30-7. Could it be a growth spurt? I'm confused and tired!

Possibly...is she moaning in her sleep, tossing and turning more than usual? My girls moan in their sleep during a growth spurt.

Nope. However when she wakes up she is very hungry.

My 3 almost 4 year old did this a few months ago. I started keeping dry cereal in my night stand. She would tell me its morning and she is hungry. I would have her look out my window to see its still dark and then let her crawl into bed with me, hand her the cereal and tell her she can be awake bit has to be quoet. She was usually out again in about 20 minutes.
