What do you make totally HOMEMADE? Wanna share the recipe?
Take is seriously!! GET YOUR PAP!
Pizza dough mostly but lots of other stuff here and there.
the only thing I can think of is taco seasoning (I actually modified it from a recipe I found on pinterest):
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, cayanne
1 tsp. seasoned salt or 1/2 tsp. of paprika, salt, and pepper
1 1/2 tsp. cumin
this is good for 1-1 1/2 lbs of meat (chicken or beef) if making more I just don't level off my spoons.
I make everything homemade. I will check my recipes and see what I can post.
cakes, cookies, spaghetti sauce, jam, mac & cheese (though i don't make the pasta), veggie soup, tortilla soup & a few others
hubby makes salsa & guacamole
B/c the cake is smaller, I make dd's and ds2's b-day cakes from scratch. (Their b-days are 4 days apart, so we need small cakes!) I got the recipe from a kids' cookbook ds1 got from the library when he was about 4 y/o.
1/2 c. butter or margarine
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour
6 Tbsp cocoa powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
Combine butter and sugar in a large bowl.
In another bowl, mix flour, salt, baking soda, and cocoa.
In a small bowl, mix eggs and milk.
Add egg/milk mixture to the butter/sugar mix.
Add flour mixture slowly. Mix well.
Pour into greased 7-8" round cake pan.
Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
