Ummmm.... Uhhhhh....

During the Revolutionary War the revolutionaries hired pirates to prevent British ships from bringing supplied to the soldiers. They were called privateers. Many historians believe we would have lost the war without them.

The Allegheny River and the Monongahela River form to make the Ohio River.  The Mon flows from the South to the North, which is very rare in the Northern Hemisphere.

The state of Tennessee is know as the Volunteer State due to the fact the it sent more volunteer fighters then any other state for the war of 1812 and Mexican War.
