Not anymore, but it's a VERY recent development. He's 8.5, 5'2", and weighs about 100 lbs. The belt fits him appropriately in the car, with both feet flat on the floor, so we took the booster out. I'm still nervous about it.

 Yes. He's 7, and he's tall enough....but he doesn't meet the weight requirements. In PA, you have to meet both.

yes my dd is going to 6 in march and is 43 1/2 inches so we have a while it seems lol

My 7 year old is all the time and will be until she can sit properly without one. The 10 year old does if he wants to sit in a certain position in the van. No one can sit there without being in a belt positioning booster. He's very tall and the seat almost touches the top of the van. But he loves the booster because "it's so comfy"! :)

My 6.5 year old is still harnessed. She was 50lbs. and 50" as of last July. She will be moving into a HBB soon though; she has nearly outgrown her Britax Frontier.
