Need Help With Valentine's Party Ideas...

I'm room parent for my first grader.
The only thing I can come up with are heart shaped balloons and doing a photo-op for the parents to get an 8X10 of their kid...
I'm lost! I don't know what else to do!

ANY ideas are helpful.

Mother to (IMO) the two best kids EVER born. I am a vaxing, corporal punishment (when called for!), loving, teaching my kids to be good, kind, caring, strong, independant people kinda MOMMA.

What about having the kids bring in a small pcture of themselves and do this:

I dont know how you plan on doing the photos but walmart.com is the cheapest I have found...

Dress the room up like it was Halloween... Thats the best Valentine's EVER!!!

I have done the game hot potato using a stuffed heart or lip. I also did pin the arrow on cupid. You could also have heart shaped cookies and let kids decorate them. Also you could do a Valentine's bingo and use conversation hearts to cover the squares. I found my templates online.
