My friend Phil, didn't see his shadow so that means that there will be an early Spring. I'm not so sure about that, especially since we are getting snow here in Western Pennsylvanina today.
Do you think that Phil's prediction of an early Spring will be correct?

I so hope so. I am so sick of snow and being cold. It has been below zero for two Weeks here and we just has 2 back to bacj snow storms. I am so done.

All I know it that if we have a warm-up before March Madness, we will have another cold spell during it, then it will start to warm up again : ) At least here in IN that has happened more yrs than not. And if Indy is hosting it, look out, it will be nasty out!

We have had weather all over the map. My kids were wearing shorts last week, today it snowed. Who knows?
