Need Cub Scout Dinner Menu Ideas

The Cub Scouts are having their Blue and Gold event as a dinner this year. It's always been a breakfast and the different dens are each assigned a dish, such as french toast casserole or sausage casserole. So, no thought has been put into this. What are some easy options? We'll have over 100 people to feed, using 4 or 5 food items. Thanks!

We've done tacos for large crowds at school and it's a big hit.

The meat is the only real cooking. You can just heat up beans and make some rice.

We put chips and salsa out too.

Here is our breakdown by den:

Tigers - desserts

Wolf - veggies

Bear - fruits

Webelos I and II - hot sides

The pack provides the meat which is typically chicken or ham.

Our Pack has always has pizza. They pay for the pizza and drinks, and have parents bring either a salad or dessert.

Our pack is having catering from a restaurant.

Easy dinner could be hamburgers, hot dogs, sides.

You could do the Mexican idea as posted earlier.

You could do BBQ. A lot of options.

Oh and our pack does a cake contest for dessert. The boys have to make and design a cake with a theme with a male figure.
