Only one? Don't think I can narrow it down to just one. From Disney, Goofy. From Warner Brothers, Marvin Martian and Slappy Squirrel. Other, Garfield.

Huckleberry hound and chilly the penguin. Huckleberry is kind hearted and a gentleman....chilly is just sweet and cute.
