DD pretty much ONLY drinks water or milk. She occasionally gets lemonade at birthday parties, but that is about it. She loves her water icy cold or with some real lemon squeezed in.
My daughter is like this. I explain the importance of drinking water and why milk and juice are not the best thing (both have sugar). She doesn't have a problem with drinking water when I put ice in it and/or she uses a straw.
I keep them cold in the fridge. Thats the only way my kids- 4,8,9,13 will drink water. Tastes better cold anyways. I get bottle waters with their names on them so they find theirs and they drink them! I started decorating the damn bottle with colorful duct tape. Hey whatever works right?
