Where is your "junk" drawer or spot in your kitchen?
We have a small ledge with a drawer on it that someone added next to our pantry for extra counter space. (On top is our toaster oven, and underneath is where we keep the cat food and water.) It's away from where everything is cooked, so we use that as a junk drawer. The cooking utensils and silverware need to be closer to the stove, fridge, and sink.
School snacks are above the stove. I need a chair to reach them. lol
The anytime snacks, are in the 2 bottom drawers in the fridge, but its not junk food, its healthy snacks in baggies. But I have a shelf in my pantry my kids each have 7 small boxes with name and days of the week pn them, and each box contains 3 junk food snacks, they can only have 3 a day after that no more sugar snacks. So they space it out mid morning snack afternoon and before bed snack. the rest of the time its fruits and veggies fom the fridge.
In the drawer in the kitchen next to the dishwasher. I also have one in the dining room. The kids each have a junk drawer in the library table in my living room. Yep, we have tons of junk. lol
I have a drawer in the kitchen and a small box in the basement, its labeled "The box of random unknown crap". :)
