When my kids were that age they had shirts with snap crotches. I am going through and freecycling and donating outfits. Do people still dress their kids in these kinds of tops?

I dressed my kids in those when they were littler than toddler size.  Once potty training begins, the snap crotch was a major PITA.  I would still donate them though, as someone will use them.

This, exactly. I always wore onesies as undershirts in the winter, until they pt'ed.

I know we did this with our kids b/c that is what was "in" at the time 2001-2007.... but do the moms of today's kids still use these kinds of shirts?

I've seen them still for sale, so yes, moms still dress their kids in them.
